3️⃣ Ship the product back to us in its original condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Products returned without prior approval.
